Shooting Exercise and Edit-Architectural
Taken by Anna Kennedy
I shot this picture of a speed sign in the school parking lot. I set the aperture to where I wanted it to be, and I set the WB to an outdoor setting. Then I imported my images into Lightroom from my user name folder. Then I brought up the exposure a tad and brought down the whites and brought up the blacks. I tired editing this photo in B&W, but I decided I liked the rust colored look better. And it made more sense to have color since the colors are basically the same except for the rust. My ISO was 400, and my aperture was f/ 5.6.

I also shot this photo of a sign in the parking lot. I like the eroded style of the image. I changed my aperture when shooting, but the image came out a little dark. So when I imported the other pictures that I took into LR, I brought up the exposure a little bit. Also, I brought the whites down, because of the sky in the background. And I brought up the blacks so the writing on the sign would pop a little more. My ISO was 400, and my aperture was f/ 5.6 again.

Aylin took this picture. This was also taken in the parking lot. I like the how the moss covers the pavement. And the writing is big and bold, so it stands out. After I imported this image from Aylin, I brought up the vibrancy, to bring out the moss a little more. And I brought down the exposure, since it was a little bit too bright before. Aylin's ISO was 400. And her aperture was f/5.6.

This was taken by Francis. I did not change much on this picture due to time and the fact that I wasn't quite sure what to fix. I did bring the exposure down a little. And I brought the whites down, and blacks a tad up.
